Hey Arxtec backers, just a quick update... Materials are being prepared to produce our new batch of HCK5R gloves. After personally testing the latest version (we received newest samples for approval a week ago) I was very impressed with the quality difference. They are significantly faster heating and warmer. Although we have suffered several delays, I can honestly say it was worth it. The product is so much stronger now and ship worthy. I'm confident you will be glad you waited! Production completion ETA is roughly 30 more days (this is peak manufacturing season). We will have the order shipped and delivered to you guys as fast as possible. Thanks again for your patience.

Hey guys, just a quick update, we are locked in with a new production schedule of 45 days with 2 weeks to ship and fulfill. We are shooting to deliver all the orders by Christmas. Thank you again for your extended patience while we sorted everything out. We are confident we can deliver with this manufacturer as we have placed many orders with them in the past with 100% success and quality assured. Stay tuned for more updates.

We are in the home stretch! Manufacturing just informed us the first larger batch of gloves will be complete in the next 2 days and will be prepared to ship out for us. There is still another small batch they need to finish that will be an extra 5 days before we receive but the majority of the orders will be ready to ship out by the end of Sept. I'll keep everyone posted when the shipments arrive.

Hey Arxtec fam! Hope everyone is doing great today ;) We just received our new sizing sample line (1 of each size) and everything looks, fits, feels and works great! We are now giving approval to our manufacturing partner to finish the entire revised order. They said the first main batch will be finished within 15 days and expedited to us via plane. The second final batch will take an extra 5-10 days. We will do our best to prepare and ship order's out as soon as these batches arrive. Thanks again for your patience/hanging in there with us, we love you guys!
